Paul is a highly accomplished commercial solicitor with nearly two decades of experience advising on commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution matters. He acts for clients across all Australian jurisdictions including several multi-national corporations and industry leaders.

Paul is recognised for his strategic, commercially focused advice and his ability to deliver strong, practical outcomes in complex matters. ​

Jessica specialises in insolvency, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She takes a strategic and organised  approach to complex matters, delivering clear, results-driven legal solutions.

With a strong focus on corporate and personal insolvency, Jessica is recognised for her in-depth understanding of the complex issues that arise, providing clients with practical, relevant and commercially informed advice.

Cooper is a skilled paralegal with valuable experience in commercial  litigation, debt recovery and insurance. He is known for his clear, confident, and approachable manner, taking care to communicate complex legal processes in a practical and understandable way. 

 

Cooper is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws and Professional Accounting at Macquarie University which he will complete in 2026. He aspires to further develop his expertise in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on insolvency law, while maintaining a strong emphasis on clear communication and practical, client-focused outcomes. 

Jenny advises on a broad range of commercial disputes including matters involving contracts, consumer law, equity (trusts), employment and insolvency. She acts for clients in all Australian jurisdictions across a diverse range of industry sectors including property, hospitality, agriculture and financial services.

Jenny is known for her client-focused approach and her ability to manage complex matters with commercial insight and strategic clarity. ​

Ruth assists both commercial and private clients with retail and commercial leasing, mortgages, caveats and securities, commercial and residential conveyancing and business transfers.  She also guides first home buyers, investors and vendors through their real estate purchase or sale.

​

In 2011 Ruth completed the Conveyancing Law and Practice Program at Macquarie University (achieving the Dale Turner Prize Award for academic first place (Dux).​ With her extensive experience and strong work ethic, Ruth manages all matters efficiently, providing clients with clear guidance and practical solutions. ​

Angelica is a proactive and enthusiastic paralegal who supports the team with legal research, drafting and document preparation. She brings previous experience as a legal clerk and continues to build her expertise in commercial litigation and  conveyancing.

Angelica enjoys engaging with the complexities of legal work and is known for her strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Richard is an experienced commercial litigation solicitor with particular expertise in the areas of debt recovery and contractual disputes.  With his client-focused approach, he is committed to providing commercial and efficient legal services.

Richard is well known for three things: his large personality; his huge water bottle; and his uncanny ability to mention fishing in any context.

Matilda is a highly experienced paralegal working across commercial litigation, debt recovery and insolvency matters She plays a key role in supporting our solicitors through effective matter management, legal drafting and thorough legal research.

Matilda is currently completing a Juris Doctorate  at the University of Sydney and is on track to graduate later this year.
